Protein Packed JELL-O®
Ingredients:
• 2 scoops Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder
• 1 package Sugar-free Instant Jell-O® Mix
• 2 cups of tap or drinking water
Instructions:
1. Use 4-serving package of any flavor of Jell-O
2. Follow the package directions for dissolving Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water
3. After dissolving, set aside to cool for 3-5 minutes
4. In a different bowl, measure 1 cup of cold water and then add 2 scoops of Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder to the water, one scoop at a time, stir slowly to dissolve
5. Stir this Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein in cold water into the dissolved Jell-O mixture
6. Chill quickly. The protein may settle somewhat to create a smooth cloud at the bottom but the taste is unchanged

High Protein Mashed Cauliflower
Ingredients:
• Raw Cauliflower- a medium head or one pound of florets
• Any combination of butter, milk, cream, or whatever you use when you make mashed potatoes- about ¼ cup
• Salt and pepper
• One cup of peeled and cooked potatoes
• One teaspoon garlic powder
• One tablespoon of grated cheese
• 2 scoops of Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder
Instructions:
1. Break the cauliflower up into florets, or just chop and steam it until it’s tender and place in a large bowl
2. Add all other ingredients including protein to the bowl and then use a hand blender to mix until desired texture. Or, you can put it all in a regular blender or food processor

Blueberry Protein Banana Bread
Ingredients
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 scoops of Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup reduced fat buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 egg whites
• 4 mashed, VERY ripe bananas (about 1.5 cups)
• 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
• ½ cup pecan pieces
• 1 teaspoon of Stevia
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and place your rack in the center of the oven
2. Grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan (or equivalent) and dust with flour
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, rolled oats, Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder, baking soda, baking powder, pecans, salt and stevia
4. In a separate bowl, beat the vegetable oil and the egg whites, add the buttermilk and mix in gently
5. Add the mashed banana and whisk until combined
6. In two or three batches, add the flour mixture, making sure not to over mix
7. Finally, fold in the blueberries
8. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and top with a handful of rolled oats
9. Bake until golden brown, about 60 minutes and until a tester inserted into the center comes clean.
10. Transfer the pan to a wire rack to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn the loaf out of the pan to cool completely
11. The bread will be moist for up to 3-4 days, but if stored properly it may stay fresh for even longer

Super Protein Hummus
Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain hummus
• 1 scoop of Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder
Instructions:
1. Measure out 1 cup of hummus
2. Gradually add 1 scoop of Doc Hale’s Unflavored Protein Powder to hummus while stirring constantly
3. Stir until smooth

Ingredients:
• 3 tablespoons of oat bran
• 3 tablespoons of non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 eggs

Instructions:
1. Mix oat bran, non-fat Greek yogurt, egg and protein powder into a bowl and mix thoroughly
2. Pour into a non-stick pan that has been greased with a few drops of oil then wiped with kitchen paper
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
4. Serve with sliced strawberries and/or bananas and use sugar free syrup as desired
